Rules for customer service in the online shop of SIBERIAN HEALTH.
The activity of our online shop is based on the strict observance of the laws of the country, the Terms and internal rules.
1. Products from the online store of SIBERIAN HEALTH can be ordered only by consultants and clients who have signed an agreement with SIBERIAN HEALTH INDIA and have received the unique ID number and credentials.
2. SIBERIAN HEALTH INDIA has a big basket of products to offer (see our catalog), in which you get the opportunity to independently select the products of your choice on our online shop.
3. After reviewing the entire range of goods at our online shop you can add the products of your choice to your shopping cart. You can then view your chosen products in the basket, which can be seen on the upper right side of the page. The basket reflects the total order excluding shipping charges. There is also the option to remove the selected items from the basket. The online store allows you to make orders not only for your ID, but also for the IDs of your consultants or customers. This order reflects the basket with the ID of purchaser and with separate order total.
4. After you have made your selection, click the "Next" button. On the next page you can select a shipping method. Here you specify the delivery address and other contact information.
5. After the confirmation regarding the method of delivery, the order value reflects the final amount including the amount of shipping.
6. After completion of the order on our online shop your shipment is automatically assigned a number which is sent to you from the specified e-mail address as a notification. With this tracking number you can track your delivery online.
